'Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation' film premiere, New York, America - 27 Jul 2015According to Variety, Rebecca Ferguson (Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation), has been cast as the lead in the sci-fi film Life from Skydance, with screenplay written by the team of Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese (Deadpool).

The story takes place on the International Space Station where the crew has retrieved a small sample from Mars, only to discover that it is displaying signs of life. Not just life, but possibly life even more intelligent and cunning than they had previously expected.
