The Two Gay Geeks want to recap some of the articles we have run as part of our Social Saturday Banner as well as some of the Restaurant Reviews we have run in general. We are looking to expand our restaurant review articles with more entries as we get them form Gini Koch and us.
Social Saturday was originally thought to be a place where we could share some neat Geeky and Nerdy places to go for fun and entertainment. It has evolved into much more than that.
We hope you enjoy this recap of articles.

Our first Social Saturday entry was Drawn to Comics
This is a great place in Glendale, AZ to meet people, have a soda, and socialize while browsing their extensive selection of Comics.

Next we had Ro tell us about Mysterious Galaxy in San Diego. A great place that regularly features Gini Koch and her output.

Gini gave a review of Marietta Diner which she has frequented regularly.

Andrea had this review of Imperial Outpost in Phoenix.

In Scottsdale is a great bookstore that is a great place for meeting authors and buying books. Check out this information on The Poisoned Pen Bookstore.

Next we featured Phoenix Comic Fest as it was just a month away at that point. This is the big super mega Con in Phoenix.

There is a great group of folks that love film, Cult Classics AZ has numerous events throughout the year featuring all sorts of films.

An organization that is adjacent to Phoenix Comic Fest / Phoenix Fan Fusion we looked at Blue Ribbon Army or BRA.

We wanted to highlight Free Comic Book Day which is a great opportunity to pick your new favorite Comic.

Tommy Cannon is a regular at The Torch Theater in Phoenix so we decided we should feature them.

And another Tommy Cannon supported effort was Puppet Pie in Phoenix.

There is a great Indie theater in Downtown Phoenix, FilmBar. We have seen a number of films here. It is nice to see some older films on the big screen again.

Andrea gives us a look at Duncan’s Books and More where you can find your next favorite book.

Gini has a review of a great restaurant in Atlanta, Old Vinnings Inn.

Gini, Steve, And I had a great lunch and conversation at Louisiana Bistro which is near the airport in Atlanta.

We celebrated the birthday of a friend at another great restaurant in a historic district in Downtown Phoenix, Welcome Diner. This is a great “more than diner food” place.

Those are some of the places we have featured on TGGeeks.com. There is a lot more to come.
