We have said that we wish everyone a safe, sane, and satisfying holiday season. However, we do know that the holiday season can be very stressful for many and we want to be sure that you take care of yourself during this time.
Below are a few resources and tips for you to ponder should you find yourself in crisis or just need to chat with someone.
Here is a link to a very good article about the Crisis text line at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. They provide the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline as well as the Crisis Text line.
