She will share her insights into the dining experiences they have on the road from Los Angeles to Atlanta.
I can’t wait to see what she has to say, as always it will be entertaining.

“We have to eat at that great Chinese place.” What I say every time I’m in the Valley.
This is a great neighborhood Chinese restaurant it’s worth driving into someone else’s neighborhood to enjoy. It’s situated in a small strip mall, by a Shakey’s pizza parlor, and parking can be a challenge, but it’s worth the trouble. The food is always fresh and delicious, the service always excellent. Depending on how busy they are when you arrive, your tea, fried crisps, and dipping sauce could reach your table before you do.
I don’t like lo mein dishes all that much, but the lo mein here is so good I can’t get enough. The fried dishes are light and airy, the sauces delicious. Everything tastes like it was truly made in the kitchen, versus coming from a can or a jar. And they have duck. For duck lovers – and you know who you are – this is a huge draw. It helps that their duck is delicious.
I have yet to find a Chinese restaurant in the Atlanta Metro Area I like as well as Golden Hunan, which is, sadly, about 3,000 miles out of my neighborhood. If you’re in the San Fernando Valley are of Southern California, though, don’t miss it.
Definitely Try: Lo Mein, Orange Chicken
