About Phi Phi O’Hara

Phi Phi O’Hara, stage name of drag performer Jaremi Carey, is best known for competing on the fourth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race in 2012 and its second All Star season in 2016. He also made an appearance on season 3 episode 4 of Skin Wars and Celebrity Big Brother’s Bit on the Side.

Carey has released music as Phi Phi O’Hara and under his real name since 2014. His debut album, Fever Heart, reached #2 and he has recorded three Christmas songs for the Christmas Queens albums.

In 2016, he gained attention for posting drag looks for every day of the year, calling it “365 Days of Drag”, which he successfully completed. In 2017, Carey organized a drag benefit show to raise funds for the victims of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico, which featured other Drag Race alumni. The event took place on November 6, 2017 in Minneapolis and raised $80,000.
