KD Edwards Releases Chapter One of a Tarot Sequence Novelette Online
The Two Gay Geeks are so excited to share this press release with all of you, especially, those that have read the novel The Last Sun by KD Edwards.

Sunken Mall
KD Edwards, the author of The Last Sun, has released the first chapter of what he calls a Tarot novelette entitled Sunken Mall.
Sunken Mall was written as a thank you to fans for having to wait longer than anticipated for the next book in the Tarot Sequence series entitled The Hanged Man. It is also intended to be the bridge between The Last Sun and The Hanged Man. To be honest, the delay was not the fault of the author, it was the characters that kept filling the pages with more story that needed to be told. That happens when the characters come alive.
The same thing with the Sunken Mall as he intended for it to be a short story… but has now grown to a novelette. At last count, I believe he indicated there were seven full sized chapters.
So, he decided to release a chapter a week until it was complete to give his fans something to quench their thirst for more of Rune, Brand, Max, Quinn, Addam, and the rest of the Tarot Sequence characters.
I suppose you don’t necessarily have to have read The Last Sun but it would be helpful if you have.

My surmised synopsis
What happens when an Atlantean holiday approaches and Rune has forgotten to do any shopping? Why not a trip to a Mall from the 1980’s that wound up sunken as a result of the conflict between the Atlanteans. This was before they settled on Nantucket Island. Rune, Brand, Max, Addam, and Quinn make a trip to the Sunken Mall to shop. As you can imagine, things happen because, Brand. And also because, Rune. And… You fill in the blanks.
