Happy Holidays everyone! By the time you’ve read this, I will have already celebrated Christmas a little early with my partner. This year we are having Roast Beef and Mashed Potatoes – a real treat!
Christmas Weekend is upon us, but in Japan, people are already starting to think of Oshogatsu, the New Year Holiday.

Rabbit Soup. My partner gave me one of these snack-like savoury treats that turn into soup before, but it took me a while before I tried it as I didn’t believe that something that looked like a biscuit would turn into soup, but I was wrong, and it was delicious.
